You can now enjoy the online check-in service at the Hotel REC Barcelona and make your arrival easier. You only need to identify yourself at reception and start enjoying your stay in Barcelona!

Below, we explain the full process:

Who?

This process must be completed by every person staying in the room, not only the reservation holder.

During check-in, you will find a share link on the platform so that the other guests can enter their details and complete the process.

When?

You can complete the check-in up to 7 days before your arrival at the hotel.

How?

The process is very, very simple:

First: To access online check-in, you only need to enter your reservation number and your hotel arrival date.

Second: Required information. You can either fill in the details manually or do it automatically by photographing both sides of the identity documents.

• Country, type and number of the identity document.

• Sex: male/female.
  
  
• Date of birth.
  
  
• Issue date and expiry date of the document.
  
  
• Address and postal code (including country and city of residence)

We will ask for:

Fourth: You can now sign the contract digitally, and the check-in is complete.

We will send you an email confirming that you have completed the entire process correctly, and we will also attach the accommodation contract and registration card.

Once you arrive at the hotel after completing the online check-in, what should I do?

On the day of your arrival, you must go to the hotel reception, stating that you have completed the online check-in; present the guests’ ID cards or passports; and present a credit card.
